London, UK—Lauren Pattison is an insightful, genuine, and hilarious up and coming comedian. That’s why NextUp is thrilled to announce that Pattison’s stand-up special “Lady Muck” is now available exclusively on their streaming service, nextupcomedy.com. Pattison gives the audience a heartfelt glimpse into her personal life through crafted storytelling and just so happens to crack them up along the way. Pattison’s show will join more than 100 others available on the streaming service, including acts from Rachel Parris, Ed Byrne, and Richard Herring.

“Lady Muck”, which won the 2017 Herald Angels Award, is a coming of age story. Pattison recounts being ghosted by her ex-boyfriend, losing friends, and just living life as a broke young person. They’re universal stories that almost anyone can relate to. The show is 70 minutes of the audience not only laughing with her, but also laughing at themselves.

Pattison was nominated for Best Newcomer at the famous Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2017. All the reasons she’s so successful shine through in “Lady Muck”. Well-timed jokes and amazing delivery are the two things most successful shows need, and Pattison excels at both.

Pattison is a talented young comedian, and her career is on the rise. Her latest show, “Peachy” at the 2018 Edinburgh Fringe sold out within the first week. At just 25 years old, she’s currently on the path to becoming a household name and joining the ranks of established comedians like Jo Brand and Victoria Wood. Those interested in keeping up to date with Pattison’s comedy career are encouraged to follow her Twitter, @laurenpattison, or listen to her podcast ‘Ed & Lauren’, which she records with comedian Ed Night and airs weekly on BBC Radio 1.

In response to the addition of Pattison’s show on their streaming service, NextUp co-founder Daniel Berg says, “Lauren put her heart and soul into this show and it’s an honour to have it preserved and showcased for her and all our members.”

Nextupcomedy.com is now providing the chance for viewers to enjoy Pattison’s breakout show “Lady Muck” from the comfort of their own homes. The special is available to stream today. Those new to the streaming service can sign up for a 7-day free trial or start subscribing for £4.99 per month.
