Teen LGBTQ+ Activist Demonstrates the Impact of Peer Bullying Through Short Film Blue Girl

San Francisco, Dec 20, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - Kabir McNeely will hold a press conference for LGBTQ+ activism short "Blue Girl", which he directed and stars in, featuring a brief screening and presentation followed by a Q&A session.

 

"Blue Girl" explores the struggles of LGBTQ+ youth through the lenses of queer high school students. The film demonstrates the critical impact that peer bullying has on LGBTQ+ youth. The film features an international remote cast of 17 artists, including several LGBTQ+ identifying cast and crew members.

 

The press conference will take place virtually on Zoom on December 30th at 10:00 am PST.
