This 200HR program is designed to deepen your understanding of traditional yoga and prepare you to teach beginning to intermediate classes with confidence and inspiration. Trainees will gain a solid base in the structure and practice of classical yoga poses and an understanding of how to connect to their own body, breath and mind.

Born out of a love for preserving the classical, authentic experience of yoga, the studio infuses indepth knowledge of the physical practices of yoga with yoga philosophy, breath and meditation. Trainees will learn how practice yoga poses to best support muscles and joints, achieve proper structure, prevent and heal from injury and tailor practices according to one’s own strengths and weaknesses.
